Crate & Barrel Invisible Magazine Rack

If you are like me, there are countless stacks of magazines under the coffee table, next to the bed and just about everywhere else. What better way to tidy up the clutter than with an optical illusion?

invisible-magazine-rack-large.jpgCrate and Barrel's Invisible Magazine Rack ($50) allows your magazines to hover in mid-air which, yes, looks awesome, but also allows you to easily view and access your favorite magazines without having to sort through a pile. Smart and genuis!

Fashion Craving: Rachel Bilson's Studded Bag & Shearling Boots

The adorable Rachel Bilson was spotted out and about running errands in Burbank (November 5, 2009). Rachel was looking vintage-chic and definitely dressed for LA's semi-chilly fall weather, starting with a pair of shearling boots (loves it) that appear to be vintage, paired with Hudson Jeans' Emily Super Skinny Jean in Trigger and a black and gold Phillip Lim Studded Bow Bag. She chose an oatmeal colored cardigan under a black jacket.

I love this look – cozy and chic!

Fashion Essentials: 6 Must Have Shoes

How many pairs of shoes do you own, and how many do you actually wear on a regular basis? You know, the ones that sit up front and center in your closet, and then those that sit in the back collecting dust?

O, The Oprah Magazine Creative Director Adam Glassman says there are just six pairs of shoes that every woman needs.

BLACK PUMP

COMFORTABLE FLAT

EVENING SHOE

"For people who go out more often, you need a showstopping, gorgeous shoe," Adam says. Look for a classic shape in gold or a neutral color, dressed up with sequins or satin.  Kate Spade Carly in gold; Zappos.com

SLEEK COMFORT SNEAKER

Adam says every woman needs a cute, sleek sneaker—not to be confused with the kind you wear to the gym. "Your gym sneakers should stay in the gym," he says. A dressier sneaker in a fun color is your go-to shoe. "It's like the comfort food of shoes," Adam says. "The comfort sneaker."               Cole Haan Air Rianna Lace in orange; Zappos.com

TALL BOOT

"A tall boot you can wear with a dress, you can wear it to the office, out at night or on weekends," he says.  Elie Tahari Audrey Boot; Zappos.com

ALL-WEATHER BOOTS

An all-weather boot that keeps your feet dry from the showers in the spring and the slush in the winter is crucial. Adam loves the iconic Hunter Boots, which can be layered with Hunter Fleece Socks to keep feet toasty in the winter. Boot: Hunter Wellie Original, Zappos.com; Hunter Fleece Sock, Zappos.com
